This guide is for MSPs, and describes the steps necessary to integrate Infrascale products, i.e. Cloud Backup and Disaster Recovery1, with ConnectWise Automate.

The integration covers the following features:

  • Deploy and remove Infrascale backup agent to/from computers at various levels (client, location, individual computer) within the ConnectWise Automate environment.

  • View and download Infrascale backup agent logs for clients, locations, or individual computers.

  • Access to and interact with the Infrascale Dashboard (general and backup history views) from within the ConnectWise Automate environment.

  • Monitoring.


For proper operation of the Infrascale plug-in for ConnectWise Automate, the ConnectWise Automate server should meet the minimum hardware and software requirements for your version of ConnectWise Automate.


Below are the basic steps you need to take to configure the integration.

  1. Install the Infrascale plug-in.

  2. Provide integration credentials and map ConnectWise Automate clients with Infrascale companies.

  3. Deploy the Infrascale backup agent.
