Summary: Set up an admin account in Google Workspace environment for using with Cloud Application Backup to protect data in shared drives.

To activate backup task for Google Workspace and to automatically discover all shared drives within your organization, your Google Workspace admin account must have Super Admin role and API access enabled.


If you use 2-Step Verification for Google Workspace, you need to create an app password in your Google Workspace admin account, and use it to authenticate your CAB backups.
