Update firmware of a Cloud Failover Appliance from the Dashboard

Information on this page applies only to the primary Cloud Failover Appliances (CFAs).

  1. Sign in to your account in the Dashboard.

  2. Go to ManageDR Sites & Appliances.

    The consolidated CFAs page opens.

  3. In the Firmware Version column, check if the firmware update is available for the CFA.

    • If you need to update a single CFA, click Actions (Actions icon) in the last column against the CFA record, and then click Update Primary Appliance.

    • If you need to update multiple CFAs at once:

      1. Select the CFAs you want to update.

      2. Click Mass Actions, and then click Update Primary Appliance.
