    System requirements

    Before installing Online Backup and Recovery Manager (OBRM) for Windows, make sure your system meets the following requirements:

    • Processor: 1 GHz or faster

    • Disk space: approx. 40 MB (installation package: approx. 15 MB)

    • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 or later (automatically downloaded during installation, if needed)

    • Internet connection (broadband is recommended)

    OBRM supports the following operating systems:

    Server Desktop (32/64-bit)
    Windows Server 2019 Windows 11
    Windows Server 2016 Windows 10
    Windows Server 2012 R2 Windows 8.1
    Windows Server 2012 Windows 8
    Windows Small Business Server 2011 Windows 7
    Windows Small Business Server 2008  

    Individual installation

    To install OBRM on an individual computer, download and open the installation package, and follow the instructions in the installation wizard.

    Mass installation

    To deploy and install OBRM on multiple computers in your company:

    1. Download the default installation package, or create and download a custom one.

    2. Use any remote monitoring and management software (for example, ConnectWise Automate) or a similar tool to deploy OBRM.

      To install OBRM silently, add /qn to the list of the installation package parameters.
