View information about companies in the Dashboard

Overview

To view and manage companies:

  1. Sign in to your account in the Dashboard.

  2. Go to AccountsCompanies.

    Menu item

    The consolidated companies page opens.

Information on the page is presented in the table format with the following columns:

Column Description
Company Name Name of the company; as specified when creating the company. You can change this.
Admin Full Name Full name of the company administrator; as specified when creating the company
Admin User & Email Username and email address of the company administrator; as specified when creating the company
Size Total amount of space in the Infrascale cloud available to the company; as specified when creating the company with a backup account for the company administrator. Click to change this.
Allocated Space Amount of space in the Infrascale cloud allocated to the backup account of the company administrator, and the percentage it constitutes of the total amount of space in the Infrascale cloud available to the company (Size)
Used Amount of space in the Infrascale cloud used by the backup account of the company administrator, and the percentage it constitutes of the space in the Infrascale cloud allocated to the backup account of the company administrator (Allocated Space)
Licenses Number of ShadowProtect v5 licenses for bare-metal backup allocated to the company; as specified when creating the company with a backup account for the company administrator
Products Products available to and used by the company. Click to view the details or change this.

Consolidated view

Actions

You can take actions on individual companies shown on the page. For this, click Actions (Actions icon) in the last column against a company record, and then click the desired action to take.

Action Description
Login as Company Admin Sign in to the Dashboard as company administrator. You can take this action only for the managed companies.
Change Company Name Change the name of the company
Cancel Company Delete the company from the system
Make Unmanaged Make the company non-managed. This prevents you from signing in to the Dashboard as the company administrator. You can take this action only for the managed companies.
Recovery Events Report Generate and download the report about the recovery events within the company

Actions

By default, the system shows 30 company records in the table per page. To browse over companies, use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page. Also, you can enter a number in the box, and then press Enter to go to the respective page.

Show or hide data

You can select what data to show on the page. For this, click Show / hide columns on the upper right, and then select or clear the columns you want to show or hide.

Sort data

You can sort companies in the table in ascending or descending order by:

  • name of the company (Company Name),

  • full name of the company administrator (Admin Full Name),

  • username and email address of the company administrator (Admin User & Email), or

  • total amount of space in the Infrascale cloud available to the company (Size).

For this, click the name of the corresponding column.

Filter data

You can filter companies in the table by:

  • partner (Resellers, for distributors only),

  • status of the company (Company Status),

  • name of the company (Company Name),

  • full name of the company administrator (Full Name),

  • username of the company administrator (Admin User), and

  • email address of the company administrator (Admin Email).

For this, set the desired filters on the toolbar, and then click Apply.

Filter data

To reset all filters at once, click Clear (Clear filters icon) next to the filters on the toolbar.

Export data

You can export all data (in all visible and hidden columns) regarding the companies shown in the table to an XLS spreadsheet. For this, click Export to Excel on the lower right, and then save the file with the exported data to the desired location.
