Remove a Microsoft Hyper-V connection from Backup & Disaster Recovery appliance
Removing a Hyper-V connection from Backup & Disaster Recovery appliance means that appliance disconnects from a Hyper-V host and forgets any details about the connection, removes any virtual machines (VMs) and their respective local clients, and optionally deletes any backup jobs associated with the VMs.
To remove a Hyper-V connection from appliance:
In the appliance Management Console, go to Clients › Hyper-V.
On the actions toolbar, click View Connections.
The View Hyper-V Connections dialog opens.
In the list of connections, right-click the connection you want to remove.
In the context menu, click Remove.
The Remove Connections dialog opens.
In the open dialog, select if you want to delete all backup jobs associated with the VMs, or to keep them in the system.
Pinned jobs will not be deleted automatically.
Click Yes to remove the connection, and wait for the process to complete.
