Use the Email section to configure the email settings for sending the Backup & Disaster Recovery appliance reports and notifications.
You can configure the following settings:

| Send Email To | Email address to receive reports and notifications. You can enter multiple addresses separated by comma. |
| Prepend To Subject | Custom text to prepend to the email subject |
| Email Server Settings | |
| Email Server | Email server address and port to use to send reports and notifications. By default, appliance uses localhost to send emails directly. You can specify an email server of your choice if necessary. |
| Email Server User Name | Name of the account on the email server. Specify only if you choose to use a custom email server, not localhost. |
| Password for Email Server | Password to the account on the email server. Specify only if you choose to use a custom email server, not localhost. |

Click Send test E-mail to send a sample email to the specified address, and to save the settings.
