Step 1. Create new API user

  1. In your Autotask PSA environment, go to Admin > Resources (Users).

  2. Click New on the upper left.

  3. In the open window, provide all the required details.

    notification_importantOn the Security tab, select API User (system) from the Security Level drop-down list.
  4. Click Save & Close to create the user.

Step 2. Establish connection

  1. In the Infrascale Dashboard, go to Integrations > Autotask PSA > Ticketing Settings.

  2. Click the Settings button.

  3. On the Connection Settings tab, enter the name and password of the API user created earlier.

  4. Click Apply to save the connection settings.
