Cloud Application Backup specification

Infrascale Cloud Application Backup (ICAB) allows to automatically back up data from the cloud applications; search within backups; perform granular and full restores; and retain backups for unlimited time.

Supported applications

ICAB supports the following cloud-based applications:

• Microsoft 365

  • Exchange (emails, contacts, tasks, calendars, and notes)

  • SharePoint (sites, site collections, documents, and document libraries)

  • OneDrive (files and folders)

  • Groups and Teams (conversations, sites, files, calendars, and metadata)

• Google Workspace (emails, chats, calendars, contacts, tasks, and documents)

• Google shared drives (files and folders)

• Salesforce (organization data, Chatter feeds, and metadata)

• Box (files and folders)

• Dropbox (files and folders)

Backup frequency

• Daily

• Every 3 days

• Weekly

• On-demand

Backup retention options

• Unlimited retention (automatic daily backups with unlimited backup retention)

• Custom retention periods

Data encryption

Data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest, and HTTP over TLS in transit.
