You see something like the following error message in the Message Logs of the restore attempt:
_Unknown Stream Error=100 ignored. This should not happen!_


  • Stream 100 is a status stream which we introduced late in 3.1 RevOS. It is a non-fatal error- the files should have been restored successfully.
  • Make sure you have upgraded your CFA and client to the most recent RevOS version available.
  • If your unknown stream error is a different number, contact Support for additional troubleshooting.
