Message logs in the Management Console of the Cloud Failover Appliance show the following error related to Microsoft Exchange Server backup:
ESEBackup: BackupSetup failed error c8000230
Steps to resolve
This error means the incremental backup misses some parts of the databases that should be included into the full backup that incremental rely on.
To fix this, run the full Microsoft Exchange Server backup (file-level). Once it ends successfully, the following incremental backups should be good.
