• In "View Notices" an error appears: "Auto archive cannot find the default library"
  • In server.xml log (Support > Diagnostics > View Log) it says: "could not find auto archive destination"
  • Auto-archive not working


The CFA has never seen this archive drive or the archive drive had some other issue.

  • Prepare the Archive Disk for removal and Rescan.
  • If that does not resolve the issue: Go to Archive > Libraries > {CFA model} > select Manage Disk icon (far right icon next to the archive disk size) > Once in Archive View, select "Recover Database", which will re-import jobs and recover the database.
    • NOTE: The re-import may take a while, especially if there are many archived jobs on the disk.
