You need to configure the Archive Library first before archiving the jobs.

Please refer to the procedures and guidelines regarding [libraries](cfa-management-console-archive-tab.html#libraries-subtab){:target=\_blank}. After you will finish up with the configuration of the Archive Library, you may start archiving the jobs by following the steps below:

  1. Login to the issued CFA
  2. Open "Archive" tab
  3. Make sure "Libraries" sub-tab is opened
  4. Click on the "Manually Archive the Jobs" button, which should be on the top of the page
  5. Tick in the check-boxes which are in front of the Jobs that you would like to Archive
  6. Click on the "Archive selected jobs to" button, which is in the top left corner
  7. Accomplish the wizard.
