To create a Dashboard user:

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings > Administration.

  3. Click Create User.

  4. In the open dialog box:

    1. In the Company/Reseller drop-down list, select a target entity to create a user within.

    2. In the Username box, enter the name for the new user that will be used to sign in to the Dashboard.

    3. In the Role drop-down list, select a role for the new user.

    4. In the Email box, enter a contact email address for the new user.

    5. In the Contact Name box, enter the name of the contact person.

      Tip

      If you want to use contact details of the company/reseller selected above, select Use Company’s Contacts.
  5. Click Create.
