View details of the backup events within Cloud Application Backup for a company in the Dashboard

To browse and view the details of the backup events within Infrascale Cloud Application Backup (CAB):

  1. Sign in to your account in the Dashboard.

  2. Go to MonitoringCloud Application Backup.

    The backup events page opens.

  3. Find a domain you want to view the events for.

  4. Click the number of backups in the Total, Completed, Warning, or Failed column.

Information on the page is presented in the table format with the following columns:

Column Description
Indicator Status of the backup: completed successfully (Success status icon), completed with warning (Warning status icon), and failed (Failed status icon)
Job Name  
Total Total number of backups
Completed Number of backups completed successfully
Failed Number of backups completed with warning
Duration Duration of the event
Size Size of the data included in the backup
Last Event Date Date and time of the event
Details Details of the event
Actions List of the actions available to take on the event

Event details

To view the details of a backup event, click More (More icon) in the Details column.

The monitoring event details dialog opens.

You can take actions on individual events shown on the page. For this, click Actions (Actions icon) in the last column against an event record, and then click the desired action to take.

Remove From Monitoring Delete the event and all related information about it from the monitoring system


By default, the system shows 30 event records in the table per page. To browse over events, use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page. Also, you can enter a number in the box, and then press Enter to go to the respective page.

Sort data

You can sort data in the table in ascending or descending order by the date and time of the event. For this, click the name of the Last Event Date column.

Filter data

You can filter data in the table by:

  • Job Name, and

  • status of the backup (Indicator).

For this, set the desired filters on the toolbar, and then click Apply.

Filter data

To reset all filters at once, click Clear (Clear filters icon) next to the filters on the toolbar.

Export data

You can export all events in the table to an XLS spreadsheet. For this, click Export to Excel on the lower right, and then save the file with the exported data to the desired location.
