View monitoring data for Cloud Application Backup in the Dashboard

Overview

To browse and view the monitoring data regarding the status of backups within Infrascale Cloud Application Backup (CAB):

  1. Sign in to your account in the Dashboard.

  2. Go to MonitoringCloud Application Backup.

    Menu item

    The backup status monitoring page opens.

Information on the page is presented in the table format with the following columns:

Column Description
Company Name of the company CAB is turned on for
Account Username of the administrator account used to manage CAB for the company
Domain URL address or name of the cloud app the backup events relate to
Cloud App Cloud app the backup events relate to
Total Total number of backups
Completed Number of backups completed successfully
Warning Number of backups completed with warning
Failed Number of the failed backups
Duration Duration of the latest backup
Size Size of the data included in the latest backup
Last Event Date Date and time of the latest backup
Muted Indication if backups events are suppressed for the domain
Actions List of the actions available to take on the domain

Actions

You can take actions on individual CAB domains shown on the page. For this, click Actions (Actions icon) in the last column against a domain record, and then click the desired action to take.

Action Description
Mute Domain Suppress all events for the domain
Remove Domain Monitoring Turn off monitoring and remove monitoring events for the domain

Actions

By default, the system shows 20 records in the table per page. To browse over records, use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page. Also, you can enter a number in the box, and then press Enter to go to the respective page.

Pagination

Sort data

You can sort data in the table in ascending or descending order by:

  • name of the company CAB is turned on for (Company),

  • username of the administrator account used to manage CAB for the company (Account),

  • URL address or name of the cloud app the backup events relate to (Domain),

  • cloud application the backup events relate to (Cloud App),

  • date and time of the latest backup (Last Event Date), or

  • indication if backups events are suppressed for the domain (Muted).

For this, click the name of the corresponding column.

Filter data

You can filter data in the table by:

  • partner (Company/Reseller, for distributors only),

  • company (Company/Reseller, for distributors and partners),

  • administrator account used to manage CAB for the company (Account),

  • URL address or name of the cloud app the backup events relate to (Domain), and

  • cloud app the backup events relate to (Cloud App).

For this, set the desired filters on the toolbar, and then click Apply.

Filter data

To reset all filters at once, click Clear (Clear filters icon) next to the filters on the toolbar.

Export data

You can export all data shown in the table to an XLS spreadsheet. For this, click Export to Excel on the lower right, and then save the file with the exported data to the desired location.
