The functionality is available for Distributor, Partner and Company Administrator dashboards under Settings > Client Messaging

It operates as follows:

  1. The administrator inputs the registry key he would like to monitor in the registry of a client’s machine (the key is created by some other application) and other below parameters.

  2. A backup account under the Distributor\Partner\Company logs into OBRM.

  3. If the above-configured Registry key exists in a chosen registry branch on the customer’s machine, “Successful image” is displayed at the footer of the main OBRM PC client window, and on the mouse left click, “Successful message link” is opened in a web browser. Otherwise, “failed image” is shown at the footer and “Failed message link” is opened in a web browser.
