After you configure your CFA for initial operation, out implementation specialists will walk you through the next steps:

  • enabling replication to the appropriate cloud region
  • configuring clients for physical/virtual machines
  • configuring backup sets, schedules and retention

Before the first implementation call, please make sure the following information is available:

Hyper-V VM backup Local admin account credentials
DR image backup Domain/local admin account credentials
Microsoft Exchange Server mailbox backup User email address, credentials of an account that is a member of the Trusted Exchange Group
Microsoft Exchange Server database backup Local admin account
Microsoft SQL backup SQL admin account credentials
